Sarah Reed, LASIK Procedure Client
Years before Dodeline Design earned its esteemed reputation, it emerged from humble beginnings as a mere homework assignment for Sarah Reed, a driven interior design student at UGA. Tasked with the challenge of creating a company and crafting a comprehensive business plan, Sarah transformed this academic obligation into the foundation of her future success story. Inspired by the elegance of the French language, she chose the name “Dodeline,” meaning “to sway,” marking the inception of what would eventually become a thriving enterprise in the world of design.
In those early days, Sarah’s vision for her business surpassed the confines of the classroom, evolving into a passion project that exceeded her wildest dreams. From the moment Dodeline Design was born, its trajectory was set for greatness. Sarah’s dedication and hard work saw her brand flourish from a basic assignment into a refined destination for Low Country design works.
However, Sarah’s journey was not without its challenges. In her high school years, she grappled with vision issues, a struggle that persisted into her adulthood. Reluctantly relying on glasses and contacts, she found herself limited in fully appreciating the intricate details of her design work. Even cherished family vacations were tinged with anxiety, fearing the inconvenience of losing her contacts and being unable to fully immerse herself in the experiences.
Determined to regain clear vision and embrace life’s precious moments with her family, Sarah explored options for vision correction. Following her eye doctor’s recommendation, she sought the expertise of The Waring Vision Institute. Undergoing LASIK surgery in the spring, Sarah’s world transformed dramatically. The vivid colors of life returned, enhancing not only her personal experiences but also propelling her business to new heights. Now, as Sarah looks back on her journey, she recognizes the pivotal role LASIK played in restoring the beauty and clarity in her life, both personally and professionally.
